Sourcing Service
20% per hires first-year base salary
- Limited to sourcing two roles at a time until roles are filled or closed
- We filter & source our database based upon company + role requirements
- Send candidates profiles to company recruiters for review before contact
- Depending on companies preference- contact candidate to present company + role opportunity to gather interest
- Help schedule interviews & provide potential feedback during interview process
- Upon hire, with interest from both candidate and company, BTP will provide separate bi-weekly check-ins for 90 days with candidate and company to ensure expectations are being met on both ends to ensure retention
