Triverus was inaugural members of the Boston Women’s Workforce Council (BWWC). The BWWC is focused on helping to close the gender-based pay gaps which have hindered women’s advancement. We have also signed the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council Tech Compact for Social Justice, committing to make the Massachusetts tech industry more welcoming and inclusive. Triverus also hosts an internal Diversity Equity Inclusion and Justice forum devoted towards discussion and ideation towards educating, enhancing and improving challenges faced by our community. As an organization our first book club book was “We Can’t Talk About That at Work” because we can talk about that at Triverus.

One of Triverus’ three truths is its colleagues. We look to hire talented individuals that have depth and breadth of experience, want to grow and expand their skills, and can develop and deliver value added solutions to our clients.

We have developed an interview process to qualify technical, business, professional and consulting capabilities. It is important that our colleagues have the hard skills, but also the ability to lead, adapt, motivate and build strong relationships to most effectively add value to our community. In a discussion type format candidates are interviewed one on one by three to four members of the Triverus team, including peers and managers, to evaluate these capabilities.

As part of the interviewing process, our candidates also complete a Predictive Index behavioral assessment to help assure that we provide the most rewarding and productive work experience to our colleagues.

It is our objective to determine the strengths of the candidates and if and how we can utilize those strengths on our engagements while supporting their continued growth and overall career satisfaction. We look to ensure that candidates are a good fit for Triverus and that we are good fit for them.
