Here at Panopto, we built a video platform that helps businesses and universities improve the way that they train, teach, and share knowledge. Since 2007, the company has been a pioneer in video capture software, video management, and inside-video-search technology. Panopto has been adopted by more than 1,300 companies and universities worldwide with over eight million end users. Today, Panopto’s video management system is the largest repository of expert learning videos in the world.

All employees are encouraged to engage in important conversations and training that focus on crucial topics such as how to examine our unconscious biases and create an inclusive workplace environment. We recognize that there is always room for improvement and growth, which is why we are constantly working to review all internal programs and processes to ensure that they start with an equity-inspired design.

We have various resources available for employees to educate themselves on how to be anti-racist and an ally for our BIPOC community members. Employees also have the ability to create or join Slack channels which may appeal to their backgrounds and identities. This is a space where employees can support each other and share in any struggles or challenges that they may be facing together.

Employees will have weekly 1:1’s and biannual performance reviews with their manager to make sure that their professional development goals are being met. Employees can also access LinkedIn Learning if they are interested in learning any new skills and practices. Your mental and emotional health are just as important to us as your physical health, which is why we provide free access for employees to use HeadSpace. HeadSpace is a resource filled with guided meditations, animations, articles and videos which teach you how to manage your stress.

We understand the challenge of the work-life balance, which is why we provide a flexible work environment and a generous PTO plan. We love to give back to our employees through thoughtful care packages and company events, when we are allowed to be in office that is.
