Affinity Groups: Our employee-led Affinity groups celebrate unique perspectives and backgrounds and help guide our DEI initiatives. These groups, and their allies, come together to promote cultural awareness, create social connections within the company, and drive professional development. They also help further our mission of providing an inclusive workplace for all. We have 9 Affinity Groups: Palamigos, Palan-Queer, PalanGender Queer, Palantir Interfaith Network, PalAPI, PalNoir, PalVets, Palantir Parents, and Women in Tech.

Learning & Development: To equip everyone with the resources to stay accountable, we offer a broad menu of topical workshops, such as Unconscious Bias Training for Interviewers, Active Allyship, and Inclusive Language.

Peer Mentorship: We launched a peer mentorship program, an internal allies network, and a virtual professional development series.

Palantir invests across all areas of Palantirians’ lives to support their health, happiness, and growth. HOW WE'RE CONTRIBUTING TO MAKING A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE TECH INDUSTRY⚖️

We know it takes active effort to build an inclusive and equitable world where all voices are heard, and we’re committed to being part of the change. We offer a number of programs to support students from communities underrepresented in tech.

Scholarships and Fellowships: In an effort to reduce financial barriers to access, Palantir offers four scholarships to support students from underrepresented communities in STEM, awarding over $1.3M across four scholarship programs to 230 students from 20 different countries to date.

Palantir Path: Established in 2017, this internship to help students who are new to technology launch their careers, especially those from underrepresented communities who may not have had exposure to technical opportunities before college. Path interns interact with clients, get professional development from fellow Palantirians, and help influence decisions that impact our business and our customers’ missions.

Partnerships: We partner with many collegiate, industry, national, and international organizations that support underrepresented students in engineering, such as Rewriting the Code, BreakLine, National Society of Black Engineers, Bright Network, STEMWomen, and Code Fest. Strategically leveraging our strongest external relationships has enabled us to achieve strong results within our university hires. To date, we’ve invested $408,500 in external partnerships and conferences to support communities underrepresented in tech.
