Maisonette offers 360 performance reviews, resources for mental & physical health, and duvet days - additional company-wide days to focus on our own wellbeing.

We also started a DEI Mixed Media club to help our employees further their education on the topic. The club reviews racial justice books, films, articles, podcasts, and other media, and meets weekly for discussion.

Our focus is to hire, retain, and promote diverse and underrepresented talent in technology. We are actively ensuring our technology team has diverse voices across all levels, product areas, and functions.
