Part of the continuing inclusion efforts at IAS includes our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These are employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned to our corporate mission, values, and goals. ERGs are organized around shared characteristics or life experiences. At IAS, we have been growing! From our teams, to departments to offices globally. INTERVIEW PROCESS💻

All candidates will have the opportunity to display their skills and bring their authentic self as part of the interviewing process.

This process is a two-way street. We're open to answering any of your questions as we're open to understanding your passions and goals more. We both want to ensure this is a great fit for yourself and the company!

First: Candidate apply directly through our link. Our recruiting team will review each application carefully and if we decide to move forward, candidates can expect an email to schedule a 15 minute phone screening with one of our recruiters for the role.

Second: Depending on the role, we will ask candidates to complete a project to submit within a timeframe to further review with the team. Then the recruiter and the team will decide to move forward with the candidate.

Third: The candidate will meet with the hiring manager for a 30 minute interview video call. Afterwards, the hiring manager comes together with the recruiter on a status update about the candidate. Throughout this process, the recruiting team will keep open communication with the candidate for next steps.

Fourth: Second round of interviews with 3-4 members of the team, a minimum of two team members the open role will be working with and one person who is cross functional. These are all 30 minute individual video interviews, in total ~1 hour and 30 minutes.

Fifth: All interviewers and the recruiter debrief about the candidate for next steps, the decision making normally takes a week from the last interview with the candidate.

Most important during the interview process, our recruiting team keeps the open line of communication for any updates on the process or if we move forward with an application.
