We conduct regular pulse checks with employees across departments and levels to check in on morale, team and manager relationships, culture, and anything else the employee wants to bring forward to our HR and/or leadership team. These are safe spaces for conversations. Checking in regularly on employee sentiment builds trust between employees and HR/Leadership, and helps us provide the safest environment possible for our employees.

  1. Initial phone screen with TA or hiring manager: 30 minutes.

  2. Coding session over a shared white space (we use CodeInterview): 45 minutes

  3. Virtual “on-site” day: roughly 3.5 hours
