✨ Scale agile framework to enable and organize the company to deliver and minimize friction so our technical team can focus on engineering/innovation
✨ Build a video stack to allow tens of millions of viewers to see our content/streaming videos (from the election to the Superbowl) at the exact same time
✨ Think about our product roadmaps and how to scale up globally as we expand internationally

✨ Take advantage of the data we have now to drive personalized/curated experiences and content. We always ask how do our data platforms and services make that happen and how we can use the data to determine where users are dropping off and experiencing pain points
✨ Provide the best customer experience to our users and be easily accessible. Any site/app (Hulu, FOX Sports mobile app, etc) needs to be the best place to experience FOX content and streaming
✨ Support content production across the board and become the first choice for users/viewers. We can’t solely rely on our name brand to engage our audience. The experience needs to be there too

Future Plans:
✨ We’re looking out in the future, not just next year, but years from now. As the volume of streamers grow (in events such as Superbowl, Men's WorldCup, and elections) as we grow our own products, we are working hard to make sure we can continue to deliver that seamless experience.
