We are bold about belonging - we focus on reducing bias in recruitment to increase hiring women and POC in our team. We offer training to all staff to create shared language of key terms related to inclusion like bias and privilege. We also invest in community partnerships like People of Color in Tech to improve diversity in the ecosystem.

Brandwatch wants to level the playing field in our company and in the industry: we have support targeted at underrepresented groups from training to mentoring. We track our D&I goals on elate for transparency and for staff to hold leadership accountable. We want all lived experiences in our global team to feel psychological safety at work: our regular sofa sessions create a safe and brave space for us to learn how to be better allies together.

We have a VP of Global community & belonging who ensures we stay on track to challenge the status quo and embrace the discomfort that comes with active allyship. Our employee resource groups like parents at brandwatch and D&I group deliver first hand experiences that leadership turn into strategies and policy changes.

We are doing the work to reduce bias at every stage of the candidate and employee journey, with a view to significantly increasing representation of POC at every level of the biz. Each year we measure our progress in a survey and publish our results publicly.
